Winter is coming!!
Thankfully I managed to survive another summer in Japan.
I thought I’d be(～) used(に慣れる) to it by now, but actually it gets harder every year!
I guess I must(～に) be(違いない) getting old!!
Now I can focus(照準を) on(合わせる) winter, mainly(メイン＝主に) snowboarding.
This year is forecast to dump(どか) with(ゆき) snow and be a very cold winter.
I know for many people this is bad but for me it is fantastic!!
The weather forecast said we will have a ‘triple(3回) dip(連続) La Nina’, which is rare and only happens about once every 20 years.
For people who love snowy mountains and deep powder it’s a dream come true!!
I have ‘invested’ in a new snowboard , snowboarding clothes, avalanche beacons and other ‘essential’ equipment (my wife doesn’t think they are investments or essential 😉 ).
I have also ‘invested’ in snowboard trips to Nozawa Onsen and Niseko this coming winter!
Okay, so maybe not a traditional ‘investment’ but I think investing in your dreams a future memories is worth the time and money!!

冬が来る!!
幸いなことに、日本の夏を何とか乗り切ったよ。
これまでで、慣れてきたかと思ってたけど、確実に毎年大変になってきてるね!
年を取ったってことかな!!
さー、冬に照準を合わせよう。主にスノボだ。
今年は大雪でものすごく寒い冬だと予想されている。
多くの人たちにとってそれは嫌な事なんだろうけど、僕にとっては最高さ!!
天気予報は三年連続のラニーナになるだろうって。つまりそれはとても珍しくて、20年に1度くらいしか起きない事なんだって。
雪山と、深雪を愛する者たちにとってそれは夢がかなうってことだよ!!
僕は、新しいボード、スノボのウエアー、雪崩のビーコンに、必要不可欠な道具諸々に投資したんだ。（僕の妻はそれを投資だとも必要不可欠な物だとも思っていないけどね）
僕は今シーズンの野沢温泉とニセコのスノボ旅行にも、投資したよ!
そうだね。投資というのとは違うのかもしれないな。
でも、あなたの夢や、未来への思い出に投資することは時間とお金を使う価値があると思うんだ!!
過去よりも夢を大きく！！
